    The woman I worked with on Friday the 21st was there alone (as she was quick to tell me), and clearly was overloaded and stressed out--beyond the point of being customer-focused. She was rather curt about the timeframe to deliver, but when I offered to leave to get some lunch and come back, she insisted she couldn't possibly have it done for at least 4 hours. She said she would call me when it was ready for pickup, probably around 3PM, but did not subsequently call. The next morning, I called to inquire of the status of my job, and was told it was done and I could pick it up, which I did. Some of the image was closer to the edge of the paper than I knew I had placed it. I will "make do" with what I got, but overall, I was not left with a great impression of that office.

    Both staff members (women, but don’t have names) were very helpful. They pointed out that I had wrong zip code, which enabled me to check & address correctly. Patiently explained several overnight shipping options & cost. Clean, spacious & bright store. Pleasant experience.

    Joseph went out of his way to make the packaging of our daughter‘s wedding bouquet. Perfect to get to the recipient in great shape. He was so accommodating and helpful.

    The two women working the Walgreens station had zero enthusiasm and quite honestly I was worried my packages might just disappear. Thankfully the fed driver was there doing a pick up so I was able to see my packages go right to him and get scanned and put on the truck. The Walgreens employees were not helpful and honestly made me feel like they didn’t give darn and or were doing me a favor it was unpleasant

    I am very disappointed in the fact that they charge me a $2.50 fee for doing the printing so I was not happy about that when it’s something that I cannot do myself that’s why I send it over all they have to do is press print and they charge me a 250 fee a service fee so I definitely was not happy about that experience at all other than that the print always come out good. The people are nice. I just feel that fee should not even exist. that’s what their job is is making prints for people that’s how it used to be

    Your agent was persistent in helping me to get package sent considering the barcode was not working on carbon receipt given to me by sender. Your computer kept printing out the wrong address and she your agent corrected it multiple times she was getting the job done and with a smile and patience. I am so relieved today my contact did receive the package and it was on time. Thank you!
