    The team member who assisted me was incredibly kind and patient. She honored all of my requests, carefully packaged my items, and ensured all the information was accurate. She went above and beyond to help me. Sensing that I was anxious about sending the packages, she reassured me that they would arrive safely and without damage. She did tell me her name, but unfortunately, I forgot.

    The FedEx location at east brunswick NJ is the most rude behavior the gentleman needs to be trained in customer service which he sorely lacks.

    It would have been better if the gray color paper were available as an option online, but staff showed me the gray paper options and allowed me to place the order in store.

    The people at the East Brunswick location were a pleasure to work with however, after my package left, there was nothing but problems and the people I dealt with from there on in or a bunch of absolute, rude, obnoxious disrespectful, unprofessional morons. They hang up on people they cut people off in conversation they don’t call people back And they talk to people like they are accusatory. I do not appreciate that. I will never be using FedEx ever again and you can bet that I will be sharing my experiences with everybody and anybody I come across.

    When I got home after dropping off my package I got a call from the intended recipient telling me that they wanted overnight delivery rather than the two day that I selected. I called FedEx and Sandy was able to retrieve the article and change the delivery to overnight. She charged the payment to credit card and put aside the original cash payment to pickup at a later date.
