I was told to email my need. One printed copy done as cheaply as possible, lowest grade paper, single sided, u vound. I really eived hard Hard card stock copy (unusable for my needs)double spaced. Literally the most expensive (and unusable)print job. Unacceptable. Was then told to bring it it back in, they would analyze it?, then print it out to my liking. Too little, too late. Unacceptable.

Vernon took care of shipping my package and has also helped me numerous times in the past. He is ALWAYS extremely helpful, polite, and willing to go above and beyond. I recently had my newborn baby with me and he took care of my shipment in less than 10 minutes, relieving me of so much stress. I always appreciate his customer service, but my experience recently just shows how great he is! Thank you, Vernon!

The only problem was there was a long wait; the store is understaffed. They probably need one more person to help. (One for shipping, one for printing and a third if there’s overflow or logistics help needed). The one item I ordered (70 pages) was also very pricey to print and bind ($65)

So I was trying to print by myself at the self service area and the gentleman offered to help me behind the counter. It wasn’t till I was checking out did he inform me that there would be a $35 extra charge for him helping. I feel that he should have let me know earlier before he started his service. Pretty upset by that.

Cherish was lovely. She was polite and professional. Unfortunately, my presentation was missing nine pages. It was useless. I called and spoke to Anthony as Cherish had gone home for the day. Anthony was distraught and disoriented. I explained the situation to him and he was quick to tell me that he was all alone and had other customers. He made it sound as though it was Black Friday at a Walmart. Seriously. He said that he would call me back but that never happened. So I called just before closing. I said “you forgot to call me” to which he replied “yeah”. He went on and on about being alone and that he had a customer waiting. He had more than enough time to reprint my presentation but instead told me he couldn’t get around to it. It was ONE presentation! In any case, I reminded him that I too was a customer and that I paid already. I grew tired of speaking to him (it was like dealing with a child) so I hung up and sent Cherish an email. I asked for a refund. I was unable to provide my presentation to the executives I met with the following morning. It was an urgent task that was treated poorly. No sense of urgency. No care or quality control. Someone just needed to make sure that all of the pages were accounted for. Anyhow, Anthony should not be left alone. He is incapable of multi-tasking and lacks the inability to use critical thinking to resolve the simplest issues. Anthony could have fixed this … he chose not to.
