    A customer service named Patricia livated at the rt Paramus NJ location made my shipping experience so winderful in every way imaginable! She was so helpful, friendly , professiknal amd kind and I wouod like to give her the recignitiin she truly deserves! She is a blessing to all, and a bery valuable employee, and an asset to the comoany if FedEx! Thank yiu fir giving me such outstanding customer service with her! I will be doing all my business with her at this FedEx location! The delivery in itself was also so very well organized, and delivered prompyly amd very professiinally also!     Barbra was extremely helpful and friendly. Went over the options and helped me navigate a fairly challenging print job. I even emailed after the first run of a 100 (100 page) prints for another 20 prints and she tooo care of it seamlessly!

    I have been a FedEx customer for many years. My account number is 265226486. I’ve worked with Chris at the FedEx office many times before and he’s always been great. This time was no exception. He explained to me that because of the value of the IPhone I was sending that it may have to go through customs in Italy. I had paid by credit card so that my company would not be charged. Chris also explained that if I provided my account number my girlfriend wouldn’t have to worry about any customs duties that may be applied. I paid $214 to have it shipped and to have it arrive on 10/2/25. Today I received a notification that the package is still stuck in Rome because of customs. I called FedEx International and asked what to do. I was told to write a letter explaining that I allow FedEx to be the broker. I did so along with all my information on it. I have not received any confirmation nor does anyone at FedEx know when she will receive her new phone. This is a big problem and no one is any to resolve this issue for me. I could have used many different carriers but chose FedEx because of my familiarity with your company. I may not do the same next time. And there will be many next times. Please advise me on what to do.

    My overall experiece was awful. I cannot separate the service at the office in Paramus, which was corteous, from overall experience of not delivering the package on time. It caused change of plans of the receiver of the package and additional effort and cost to get the package. I will write a complain.

    It’s not about the FedEx office on route 17. I have problem with the distributor in local FedEx office in Monterey Park, CA. I paid premium price for overnight delivery without signature, but the package was taken back to facility due to a “failed” delivery on Friday. The destination has a mailbox, and apparently the operator did not bother to find it. Now this coming Monday, it’s still in transit. I called the Monterey Park local FedEx office twice. First time it got automatically transferred to the main 800 one, the gentleman couldn’t create a case of “deliver to mailbox”, nor share the local office number. Second time, I managed to get someone local to answer the phone; however, the very second they heard I’m looking for a package, they transferred me to main 800 number. I do not understand why FedEx is making it impossible for someone to use their service at ease. Pay or no pay, the service isn’t provided.

    I rely on the FEDEX office to help me when I'm flailing around on the website at home, having trouble filling out overseas airbills. The Fedex team always help me sort out the commercial invoice (sometimes the website works, sometimes it doesn't! it's not always me, i was repeating a shipment...although it might have been the destination) and the team gives good advice about packaging. I forgot the name of the man I spoke to last week, but he was great. (middle aged, 40s or so)

    the people at the store were fine. customer service was not. the package was not delivered when expected so the recipients did not know to expect it and it has been floating between a warehouse and store. I don't believe they made a strong attempt to deliver to the house. I asked if they could just remove the request to ask for a signature and deliver to the house but they were unwilling to do so.
