The person at the counter was curt and unhelpful. He was not welcoming or approachable. I don’t normally mail items and this was my first time at a Fed Ex office. He was going to put the items in a flimsy plastic bag rather than a padded envelope. When I brought up my concern about whether the CD would become damaged, he said he doubted it. If I want a particular type of package it should be offered. I shouldn’t be met with push back. Then I had to insist on a padded envelope. It was the tone and attitude of the person at the desk that was upsetting. There were no pleasantries exchanged. He also didn’t record the complete name and attention of the person receiving the item. He shortened the name of the center. Now I’m nervous the package won’t be delivered to the correct location. It was a very upsetting interaction and I would not recommend others to come here.
