The documents were old, legal sized real estate documents. Although FedEx’s photocopier is fairly self explanatory, I still had issues. Alecia stood with me and made sure the copies were made correctly, which was not as simple as one might expect. She was calm, patient, very pleasant and very willing to help. Please recognize her efforts because in a busy physical location such as this store (inside a Walmart) there are no end of distractions as well as her own other work to get done. Alecia was EXCELLENT!
