    It’s a weird entrance in the back of a building accessed through an alley. As you enter the location, it’s a bit confusing with two different services, so two different lines, not always two different customer service people. I’ve noticed that service is often dependent on getting someone’s attention. I was able to make eye contact this time and it wasn’t too busy so it was a simple process, but the location and layout could be improved. Also, I would love to see pm hours. One additional note is in regard to the use of brown paper wrapping on recycled boxes. Your website says this isn’t really a good process, but if I wrap it with proper tape and all of the exposed edges are taped then it seems to be processed without a question. I wonder how we can encourage this saving the world one recycled box at a time. I understand the complications in the automatic process one there are boxes that don’t meet the standards or fail to work, but I think that’s just the process of educating the customer service person.

    You shipped my package to the wrong town and the service rep helping me said that I wrote the wrong address on the label. My receipt clearly showed the correct address as did your shipping label. Which was typed by your employee (Dora I think), whichbI had to verify. I was not notified of the failed delivery attempt. The 2 day air turned into 4 day. In the future just own your mistake and do not blame the customer.
