It came as a surprise because they didn’t include that information in their email response when I reached out to cancel/request the original order. I would’ve withheld the modified order and kept the first if that I for had been disclosed instead of paying for 2 orders when only one would be used. It felt like it was done intentionally in a deceitful way but the manager insisted both had to be paid for.

The options for printing, the service, informing me when my job was ready to be picked up utterly destroys UPS or USPS in terms of service. I'm never using them again. Only FedEx office from now on.
