- Friday, July 19, 20244 out of 5Rating 4.0The team member who helped me at 6201 Menaul BLVD NE in Albuquerque had no trouble showing me how to put my package with pre-addressed label into a drop box at the store and to print out a receipt. She had a much harder time with my envelope being sent to Canada though because she said there’s a tiny button that has to be pushed on the screen & it’s very hard to find. So she had to void & refund me for her first failed attempt and do it all over again. I don’t blame the team member for what happened. She didn’t stop trying until she was successful and the envelope arrived on time. However, FedEx should make it easier for their team members to send international packages! This lady clearly knows her job. I do not fault her at all. She was very polite to me, as was the store manager who came over to help.
