- Monday, March 18, 20242 out of 5Rating 2.0Both the person who took my print order and the person who rung me up for it later do not understand “half-page booklet”, a print layout option in Adobe Acrobat. The first person wanted to manually arrange my pages, despite me having the my print file already set up for Booklet. When I returned a week later (they said they would call when done, but they didn’t), I was charged double for the printing because they based their count of printed sheets on a page number in the doc that was unrelated to the actual number of sheets. Only 39 sheets were printed (78 sides), but they charged me for 79 sheets. I was unsuccessful in convincing the staff member of the error and sent a letter to your corporate CS department to request a refund.
