While I still appreciate the ease and comfortability, the communication isn’t as strong as it once was. Lately, I don’t receive a call that my order is ready for pick up and in my busy day-to-day, it’s a this poses a challenge. I have many choices when it comes to my printing needs, but I choose FedEx due to our longstanding relationship, even if there is change in staff.

She measured and weighed the artwork carefully and ensured me the packaging would be done with care so that it would not sustain any inadvertent damages. She also answered the phone while helping me and was able to multi-task well. The line of customers was getting long but she did not get flustered and remained polite and respectful throughout all interactions with me and others.

I sent it into their email as requested to print, but it never showed up. So, one of the employees gave me another address to use, the document came in and they printed it for me. Since I waited for a bit, he just gave it to me without a charge.
