She measured and weighed the artwork carefully and ensured me the packaging would be done with care so that it would not sustain any inadvertent damages. She also answered the phone while helping me and was able to multi-task well. The line of customers was getting long but she did not get flustered and remained polite and respectful throughout all interactions with me and others.

I sent it into their email as requested to print, but it never showed up. So, one of the employees gave me another address to use, the document came in and they printed it for me. Since I waited for a bit, he just gave it to me without a charge.

I was so frustrated because technology is not like it used to be, Stacey worked with me for quite a moment she never got frustrated or overwhelmed she helped me email my documents over to her and she printed them with ease. Along with showing me step by step how to save my documents. This store rocks all the team members are awesome.
