I did not receive a tracking number for one of my three boxes so I cannot track and it did not arrive with the other two boxes. The online service was not useful. Apparently if you ship from a FedEx office it does not get logged into one's online account so you cannot follow the order. I tried to call the office that helped me and the number takes you to the corporate number and automated service so I could not speak to the people that actually served me and took the three boxes. I was told that I had to visit that store in person to ask them. I am disappointed to say the least with losing a box, not having a tracking number, and not getting any help online or on the phone.
