Brianna was patient, provided the correct guidance, and walked me through the process even though she was the only person on staff and handling multiple customers at the same time.

I had a number of questions about how it would be packed, where exactly to ship it (another FedEx location or to a residence), insurance, etc. So, I stopped into the store three times to discuss different issues. Jacob and Dalton were very helpful, as was the manager of the store. They were patient, professional and knew what they were doing. Excellent sales skills and service. Thank you.

The o Lu disappointing thing was the cost of her re-sizing the photo to the size I asked for printing and framing. Re-sizing it changed the quality a bit. I might take it back and ask her to print it as it was and have the framer finish it without mat and frame in a standard size (because of cost)
