    I picked up a package sent to for HAL. I appreciate that FEDEX offers this valuable service to ensure my package is delivered to a secure FEDEX store and not stolen by porch pirates. My relative who was shipping was going to use UPS,but that isn't a service they provide.

    My experience with FedEx was so positive that I have absolutely decided that I will never visit another UPS store. The gentleman was friendly, helpful, courteous, and my package got there the next day! I didn’t realize there was such a difference in professionalism between UPS and FedEx. Now I know and I am willing to drive the extra few blocks to go to FedEx instead of UPS.

    Lady really serviced me, boxed up gift I was sending. I have a disability. During she was so kind & helpful. Me leaving, she held door for me!! I was happy & impressed!!!

    I did have a bit of luck and arrived when there was only one person in line. By the time I left, the line was out the door. The person who waited on me did a most efficient job and the recipient received the two boxes on the day stated. Thanks!

    I have the pleasure of working with the team in San Clemente on Del Mar. I inherently have high expectations and they are phenomenal on so many levels! They are kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and have excellent communication regarding my print jobs and time frames when I can pick them up. I really respect and admire all of them and feel so grateful to have them as my local office!

    I wish I could remember the name of the man who helped me. He was super helpful & I appreciate how he took the time to answer my question. I always come to this Fed-Ex because the customer service is superior to any store, post office, or UPS I’ve used in my local area.

    Martiza saved the day!! I accidentally shipped an international package on the wrong day. At the last minute I realized my mistake and Martiza found the shipment and cancelled it. A huge thank you for such a valuable addition to your team.

    Matt was fantastic. He helped to choose what paper would be best for the job and called to confirm pricing and called again to let me know when the job was complete. I even tried to tip him $20 which he said he couldn't accept.

    Leslie jumped right in and helped with an issue on our passport renewal and really made the process easy. She leads the office by example

    The printer wasn't producing my print job correctly. Matt sorted out how to get the printer to see the file correctly and then he and Maritza took turns to make sure the envelopes fed into the machine correctly in batches. All of the printers went down at work and this was a time-sensitive job. They were a HUGE help!
