- Friday, November 8, 20245 out of 5Rating 5.0Kayla was excellent Her customer service and willingness to help exceeded my expectations. However, her manager Robbie was exceedingly rude. After retrieving my printing order from Kayla. I proceed to use the self service paper cutting station. I am familiar with how to use a paper cutter and my first cuts were very rough and the edges were not smooth or sharp, so I let Robbie know that the razor may be dull. He took the printout from my hand and quickly cut my document twice without asking if it was OK. While rushing, he cut off part of the document that I was not intending to remove, and I let him know that I wasn’t intending to cut that off. He responded “She undercharged you anyways, so it doesn’t matter”. I said don’t blame me. He then silently walked away, printed another sheet, stood behind the counter and loudly told me to come get my copy. He did not apologize or even acknowledge the rude statement that he made to me or his mistake for accidentally cutting off a portion of my document that I paid to be printed. I enjoyed my experience with Kayla, but I would never recommend Robbie to work with customers in any capacity.
