    The visit at the store was just fine however I paid over $132 for overnight shipping and it did not get to the location. I feel that I should be refunded at least half of that cost since it did not arrive until Monday.

    I needed to send an envelope with a prepaid label for return documents to a client, something I had never done before. I was first told that to do a prepaid label I must do self service, something I wasn't comfortable with on my first time. Then I was informed that the "shipping from" address had to be the same as my billing address and couldn't be listed as the client's address. Come to find out only AFTER printing the prepaid label that you can enter a different billing address, it's a simple check box at the bottom of the page that the employees didn't know about. Embarrassing for me to send a label to a client with an incorrect "shipping from" address to say the least, all because the employees were not familiar in with their own system and said I "had to do it that way". Full service really meant figure it out yourself at the end.
