    My post was not properly set up. The proof that was sent didn't match the final product. The print was too small and one of the graphics covered the words. The person sent me the proof and I joked it that evening but no one checked the next day to see that I had sent the conformation until I called to be sure it was received. I was very disappointed after paying over 100 dollars. I never received a call to check if my order was being processed. Someone needs to check and confirm email orders.

    I was emailed a consent form to proceed with the job. I never received the email. When I called up about the order I was told it was not sent because I did not send approval via the consent for. When a second form was sent, it was not received so I went to the office in person to approve. There was a time issue but the office was able to get the completed project to me in 2 days. I appreciated the quick turnaround and the helpfulness of the staff.

    My first time at fedex. I didn't know what to expect. Sales person was helping another person at the same time she was helping me so I was confused. It was hard to ask questions considering there were people in line too. I assumed the envelope I mailed would be signed for but it was left at the front door. So from now on, I have to ask for sign signature.

    I did not go to ship a package went to print and fax needed help and the guy did not even want to come from around the desk. This was the first time I went will probably not go back to that store. Their are certain employees that do not want to be bothered to come and spend 5 minutes with you this happened at another store so I think I will take my business elsewhere.
