- Friday, April 7, 20235 out of 5Rating 5.0When I googled the closest FedEx to me, it sent me to the Westgate. There’s no parking, it’s down a hallway in a side building around a corner. Very difficult to find. No one answers phones at FedEx apparently. Online it said it was open until 7 PM, but it was already closed by the time I got there, as it actually closed at 6 PM. When you try to call a particular FedEx location to speak to someone regarding hours or directions on how to find it, your customer service line is the worst I’ve ever encountered! Absolutely unhelpful in every way! I left and had to drive over to a different location. Michelle was a godsend and went above and beyond to help me after all of the horrible runaround I had trying to mail my package. She was amazing! Incredibly friendly, and just extremely understanding and very helpful of the situation I was in. I’m so glad she was there. She was really great!
