- Wednesday, May 15, 20245 out of 5Rating 5.0Alexia greeted me with a smile. She was helping out at this location today. I believe she said she works at Mandela Bay FedEx. If not there it was in a casino/hotel in Las Vegas. I was in line for self service printing but because of the huge amount of printing I kept letting others go in front of me. There were three working copiers and it was busy. I headed to full service printing area and that’s when Alexia saw me to help. We went to the next available copier and she helped me thoroughly with a smile. Printing included color, double-sided, separating, etc. After $250.00 worth of printing I finished sending two packages to an attorney and an accountant in Colorado. I was anxious when I stepped into FedEx knowing I was on my own for this task BUT ALEXIA saved the day for me. I was not able to tip her as your policy (but it is Las Vegas) so I was advised to do this survey. I hope that this reaches and benefits Alexia in some way. She deserves it. I appreciate her.

He was kind, patient and expressed condolences to her. My mom is 81. She rarely expresses satisfaction with service she’s received (she herself, was once a store manager at a large corp). For this project, she had to go back a few times, and came home with praise for Rey and the rest of your staff. Please keep up the good work.
