    This store has never disappointed, and on June 8th was no exception. I have tried two other FedEx locations closer to my house, but the service and work doesn't come close to this store. I have even observed, while waiting for my order, the patience, courtesy and tact your employees have with difficult customers that self print. I sent 4 email orders, and Jeffery completed my order perfectly. He was very astute to be sure everything was correct. Your store is very well run, and employees are courteous, patient, and professional.

My printing questions are always answered, and also have some helpful suggestions to ponder. I have been assisted by the weekend crew as well, and the whole team have always been patient and professional.

    I was told the package would ship at 5pm that day. It did not leave the office until after noon the next day. I also paid for $500 of insurance, which requires a signature. The box was left at the doorstep of the recipient with no signature from the addressee or anyone else at home.

    Overnite envelope took 3 days to deliver but because it happened Dec.2,3,4,5 there is no refund recourse.

    I could not survive without Laura and Natalie. They have made getting printing done for my business so easy. They are so attentive to details and my orders are always ready so fast. I go to this location because of the staff.

    Laura was helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and sympathetic while helping me with funeral service programs. She offered me services beyond what I knew and gave me additional suggestions in the event there were other services I needed and may not be aware of.
