After a local print shop couldn't do our print job at the last minute, FedEx was able to print 200 programs on the same day within a couple of hours for a Celebration of Life that was taking place the next day. I also needed to add a double sided insert of the obituary to print, also. When I called to make sure the order could be printed on time, I was given an email address to send that insert directly to the store so that part of the order could be printed right away, also. If it weren't for that employee, I don't think we would have been able to have the programs and inserts for almost 200 people attending the funeral service the next morning, and I was so grateful for the exceptional customer service.

In today's world, it's a rarity that you get great or even good customer service so I was pleasantly surprised to get such a nice employee to help me. It means a lot when you get someone like Prinzton and I want to make sure that his manager and Prinzton himself knows that he is appreciated. He definitely shows leadership skills too!
