But Jess and Logan were up to the challenge! They patiently tried again and again to match the tricky specs of the Cdn passport guidelines. They were professional, collaborative, helpful, and super friendly. I will definitely go back to this FedEx store for all my printing and shipping needs. And Jess and Logan should both get raises, they are really wonderful staff people.

Jessica has helped me three or four times, and I can't say enough about how helpful, patience, and friendly she has been with me. She is so good and what she does and she wants to do it right. However the lady that helped me was the manager of the store and proceeded to let me and other customers know that she is still contagious and was getting over being super sick. This made me feel very uncomfortable and no one should be working while sick! I also felt that what she was telling customers was very unprofessional!
