    The store itself was great. It's after paying $88.55 to ship a 1.5lb package from reno nv to Oakland ca overnight and the package ending up in Memphis TN the next day and not arriving in Oakland 2 days later was the big disappointment.

    I actually placed a phone order from Michigan to Reno, NV. Colton helped me with over 50 color copies & written documents. I also had to add to my order. He was very nice, patient, professional & an effective communicator & listener. He definitely has a genuine concern for the customer. He was very effeciant & receptive to the fact that this order was time sensitive. He could not of been more kind & while helping me was still attentive to his time management & greeting-assisting others. He should be considered for a Managerial position. He was also very knowledgeable about products. Our culture is lacking respectful good customer service & his service was exceptional over the course of two days. He's an asset to FedEx. You can't train someone to be sincere & a multi tasker, which he was both. Colton handled my order with aplomb.

    Unfortunately we received no tracking number and our credit card has only been charged for the packaging and not shipping. We have tried calling and pressing #8, as the automated option, we get an immediate disconnection.
