When I first came to the counter I was told they could help me in five minutes. They appeared to be understaffed. Otherwise it was a good experience.

The delivery person made an understandable mistake when attempting to deliver to the wrong address due to the business having relocated but the business name still showing at the previous address across the parking lot. Customer service reps on the phone were responsive and appear to have contacted the delivery driver directly because they got the package delivered correctly on the same day. The evidence confirmation number was 141094646. This representative was kind, professional AND empathic as they noted how worried I was about the failed delivery. I appreciated having the ability to reach a live person but was absolutely thrilled to find they could achieve immediate resolution.
