    There was an error with tax exempt status I did not notice until later. Called and it was fixed immediately; I did not have to return to the facility. Friendly and efficient.

    Pay the extra and was promised next day overnight delivery. I paid $106.75. I was mailing my son who was in Florida his wallet that was lost at Albany Airport, New York. He needed it immediately so I paid extra for the overnight delivery. He did not receive it until yesterday. 9 March he was promised it on 7 March I would like a full refund. It caused a lot of grief to my son. He did not have his drivers license or credit cards and he couldn’t do much without it.

    Store visit was perfectly fine. It was the Delivery that was completely unsatisfactory. Paying $76 to have the package delivered Priority Mail Overnight on Mon. Mar 2. Package was not delivered until Tues, Mar 3 in the afternoon. Commitment was not made by FedEx. Refund is requested for failure to do so

    The store was fine, the delivery was a full day late. I paid an exorbitant amount to have the item arrive on the 3rd and it didnt get there until mid-day on the 4th.

    Overall, my experiences have been positive. It may be helpful to institute an express line for those who only need to ship one or at most two items.

    African American woman helped me, she was very kind. I wish it wasn't $95 to ship 2 small candles, but it was my only option to get it there 2 days before Xmas (next option was after Xmas). Total amount of days it was supposed to take to get across country: 5. It got there in 2. Although this was great, it really caused me to question whether or not I had been ripped off because I would have rather have had a slightly less expensive option which would have taken the 5 days but still gotten there in time for Xmas. I typically use UPS or another service, this was one of the few times I used FedEx and the crazy cost with no other viable options really made me question whether or not I'll use FedEx again.

    My package was not delivered on time when I tried to call for a refund they were unhelpful. I have a receipt from the Fed Ex store I made the shipment from. They told me my location was wrong, I was reading from the receipt. Offered to send copy of receipt, they did not want it said they couldn’t help unless I knew the shipping address. The problem is not with the wolf rd store it was with the 800 number
