Although there was a line of people waiting to be helped, Shelley was incredibly pleasant and made sure to proactively engage each waiting customer to direct them what to do while waiting to advance the process. She was extremely knowledgeable and was very efficient. Masterful at multitasking and always maintained a high level of engagement while always keeping a warm smile. She packed my box in front of me with care and concern for the items reaching their destination without damage. I will now look for Shelley’s kind and professional hand anytime I need to ship something. Shelley demonstrates a level of customer service that we rarely see these days - the way it should be done. Please take care of this amazing employee. She should be the role model for training others. Please share this with her because as customers we are also quick to complain. She should be showered with praise.

First there is no way to scan without a USB drive, and none in store to use with a fee. I wanted to scan a 24x36 picture, and I was even willing to purchase a USB drive, but when I was told there was no bathroom and that I'd have to pay $8 for Jose to organize multiple photos on one page I was dissatisfied. And told Jose so. He said sorry to hear that and I said if you cared you would give me a way to submit feedback. Before I reached the door I turned around and asked to submit feedback and he gave me the flyer. When I asked him why he didn't offer it, he said it isn't store policy to provide it unless explicitly asked. He just genuinely doesn't seem to care. Post pandemic customer service is lacking. I understand good help is hard to find... and I just wanted to relay my experience. If I didn't NEED this scan, I wouldn't come back.
