I’d actually went into another fed ex before this one and the experience was awful. I am so glad I lucked up upon this one, on court st. The staff were all very friendly and helpful but Joey stood out. He was very personable, took his time providing samples and just really made me feel seen and heard. He reassured me that the copies would be available by the evening but to my surprise they were ready by the afternoon and I’m sure it’s because he had a hand to play in it. I am truly thankful for people like him that are more than just an employee, he has a human touch. Joey for MVP!!!

The service was far beyond my expectation and Ozzie went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. It was the best customer service experience that I have had in a while - so much so that I asked him to share the survey with me. I had a number of things to accomplish and they were all done within a few minutes. This trip made my travel across town well worth it!
