Today, however, the young lady did not seem like she was in the mood to help. I needed assistance with a prepaid return label as I had received from this location the last time I shipped from here. Not only did she not help me, she insisted I needed an account number. I asked for her assistance and she just kept repeating robotically, “you would need an account for that”. She told me she was unable to help me find my account number if I did have one, I would just need to check the website. I ship from this location very often. The young men who work there are ALWAYS very helpful. This young lady must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. I will only ship from this location when I see the young men at the front desk.
