My issue was the incomplete and inaccurate communications about the price of the services. I was quoted one price and when I went to pick the items up the price was 3 times the amount initially quoted. The second issue was that I was advised to simply email my docs to be printed the day before but it was not stated that in order fro it to not be considered same day I had to send the email during business hours not before midnight. I also sent in a second order based on the original pricing of the first order only for that cost to be exorbitant. The store refused to honor the original price offered (even for the original order) and when a compromise offered was extended, it was unreasonable. FedEx should have stood behind their oral contract offer they extended and that I accepted. I disappointed and will look to do my printing elsewhere. It is the lack of principle and customer service that has given me a bitter taste.

They charged me same day print job when I distinctly spoke with them the night before and they told me it wouldn't be ready until the next day That is not same day that is next day and they charged me an extra $15 for that... I wasn't happy

She was willing to help and really gave us good advice on what to do and even reached out to me after I left to let me know that what I want was not coming out correctly and she gave me a suggestion which I took and loved the end results. Lina is an asset to your team. However, I want to point out that every time I’ve gone into that location. I only get great service.
