He is clear, cogent, and professional and offers his advice where appropriate. When I compare this level of service to the PostOffice, UPS and other options, it is a no-brainer to come to FedEx with Rondell. He makes a usually painful process easy and even a joy. Give this man a raise and a promotion - he should be working at corporate with his organization, professionalism and attention to detail.
