    The manager was great! The initial sales person look like he hated his life and wrapped the package so it cost 120.00. The manager took over and was able to cut the box down so the postage was 40.00. Loved the manager but disliked the uninterested employee

    when i got there to drop off my order the manager was training someone so everything was very slow and the wait was long -- line went all the way to the door by the time I left and everyone on line looked really annoyed, I dropped off an order to pick up the next day and when i got there the manager could not find the order, he looked all around and turns out they had not bothered to do the order I left 5pm on 9/16 the day prior which was supposed to be done at 12pm 9/17 - that was the only time that day i could pick up the order and i needed it that day, fortunately it was a small order -- all they had to do was print 50 sheets out for me, so I told them to do it then and I would wait, but was a really terrible experience and I am extremely disappointed in fedex office -- both days -- the long lines and slow service the first day and the fact that they did not bother to do my print job and could not figure out what was going on when I went to pick it up was outrageous - could the manager perhaps had done the training at a time of day when the store was less busy? It was about 5pm and there were lots of people in the store at that time and the rest of the staff was not able to keep things moving swiftly -- extremely bad customer service experience

    My situation was a little difficult because I was sending an envelope to Australia and I needed a return envelope as well. The staff was helpful in finding me the information that I needed. I ended up spending an hour at the store but I left satisfied that everything was done competently.

    My order was by phone first with O’Lydia. There was miscommunication on my part and the order wasn’t ready the next day. I spoke with a different customer service representative, a very patient man as I was annoyed and upset. He took care of the order on the spot and hand carried it to the Uber car outside to have it delivered uptown to broadway and 74 st. He was very nice and I wish I had written down his name.

    Was too expensive to get a birthday gift to Dallas, TX on the baby’s birthday. I got there at 5:55 on 7/3 & they were closing early & I could not pay the $300 to get the gift there on 7/5 (her B-day)… it will NOT arrive until 7/9 bcs I cannot pay your ridiculous fee!!!
