    I had 11 packages to send. The employee said he could only send 3. There was no one in the store and he said he wouldn't help me and I had to fill things out myself. I work for a business across the street. He told me to use the self service computer to do all the shipments. He only helped me with one that was going internationally. While I sat there for 3 hours filling out all the label information he didn't even help with anything. He was laughing and having fun in the back. He never offered to help me send any of the packages until I said I had trouble sending one to Canada. There's also two other huge issues you should know about. I did not have a fedex account at the time. When I finished printing the labels and sending the 11 packages, I needed a receipt to give my boss at the business for using our credit card. FEDEX WAS UNABLE TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT FOR THE 11 TRANSACTIONS THAT I HAD JUST MADE AT THE SELF SERVICE COMPUTER. I asked the store manager for a receipt he said he couldn't get me one. They said to check my bank statement but I needed a FEDEX receipt for my business to corroborate the payments. They said it was going to be emailed to me and it wasn't. I waited 48 business days and still NO RECEIPTS. This is crazy. We live in 2026 and I can't get a receipt for sending packages at the self service computer?? AND ALL OF THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF THE STORE EMPLOYEE KAI COULD HAVE HELPED ME SHIP MY PACKAGES RATHER THAN DOING NOTHING IN THE BACK. Second issue, is that two of my addresses after talking to my employees said that they had changed their address. I went back to the store to change the address they said they couldn't change them. I called customer service and they said that RESTRICTIONS had been put on the account and I needed to give them an account number in order to change the address. I said I used a self service computer I don't know the account number, I don't have an account. Customer service says to go to the fedex location I sent from and get the account number. I do so. I asked them for the account number to release the restrictions so I can change the address because the package is going to the wrong address. The employees say they don't have an account number for the self service computer. I explain this to customer service but the customer service rep REFUSES TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS IF I DON'T PROVIDE AN ACCOUNT NUMBER. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DO THAT IF I USED THE SELF SERVICE COMPUTER??? AND NOT ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES INCLUDING THE STORE MANAGER KNOWS WHAT THE ACCOUNT NUMBER IS FOR A LABEL SENT ON THE SELF SERVICE COMPUTER. This again could have been avoided if the fedex employee had helped me with my packages which is what their job is. I understand only 3 at a time if the store was busy and a long line. But there was no one in the store while I was there. Maybe a few people here and there but I would be happy to wait and send each package in order to receive a receipt in real time and probably be able to change the address more easily. This the worst experience I've had at a fedex I will never take my business with fedex ever again. This is disrespectful and I lost two packages because CUSTOMER SERVICE REFUSED TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS FOR AN ACCOUNT NUMBER THAT WAS UNABLE TO BE PROVIDED BY ANYONE AT THE STORE. Terrible company. Do better.

    Forget the names of the folks working on 12/10 from 8A to 10A, it was a man (manager) and a woman with glasses. They were superb; prompt, friendly, and very thorough in their work. I needed a high stakes print job completed in a short period, and they got it done 15mins earlier than promised.

    I mailed documents to the Philippines. Same weight, same recipient address and same FedEx office. I asked both times for the most economical method. One is sent with FedEx International Connect Plus at $167.50. The other with FedEx International Priority at $129.06. I am annoyed I wasn’t presented the option of $129 when I first mailed documents.
