    HORRIBLE! The visit was on 9/23 at 9:15 AM. Team member offered to assist with setting up the copier for my assistant and DID NOT show her that it was set to premium paper and color. (There is a 1/8" drop of color in our logo and it did not need to be printed in color. She simply asked for basic, 2 sided copies and was charged over $3/page. Upon speaking to the manager twice, (the owner and myself both tried) she refuses to admit any wrongdoing on her employee's part and would not even consider the fact that he did not inform them of the price or show them the screen for approval. My assistant is a paralegal and a very smart young lady - she knows her facts from fiction. I will never use this FedEx locatrion again and will likely try to find other companies to do my foam board printing at all other trade shows we attend. I typically spend $300-$600 per show with Fed Ex, 6 times per year.

    Marlon & Maddy were the best. Maddy have me the rundown on everything and Marlon helped with the transaction. They packed everything and shipped it out. I commend them with there spectacular customer service on a busy closeout

    This store is the best when it comes to ending a show. This location is organized and gets you out fast. And that is because Maddie and Maria. They were knocking down the lines running back and forth for each customer.

    I had to do some prints for an event and I needed them ASAP. this location is BUSY and they only had one machine to print orders behind the counter. I'm assuming the last that helped me is the manager because she was wearing formal clothes. She helped me out at the copier that customers use to print their own stuff and walked me through everything. I would say that for a busy location like this they should be given mor copiers to do their job. Other then that it was great service

    I must let it be known that Maddy is the best I've ever seen in customer service! It was very busy at that store and I came in to do a fax. As soon as I walked in Maddy greeted me immediately. She walked me through sending my fax. As I was waiting for my fax to go through I watched her as she assisted quite a few customers and she did it with a big smile. When she had a moment to even breathe I had to just let her know that she's an amazing, beautiful person. 10 star service.
