    I went into the fedex location on 70th street and 3rd avenue in New York City on Sunday, June 30th to ship an item. They didn’t have the necessary box, but assured me they’d have it for the following day and the item will be delivered for July 2nd. I saw that the tracking details never updated and went back to the location on July 2nd and a woman was working then and knew the exact item and showed me that it was never shipped and her manager had advised to ship it in any box yet hadn’t at the end of the day. As of today, July 3rd, the item still has not shipped. The purpose of using FedEx is for expedited shipping and not only did they fail to fulfill that, they also failed at customer service and providing accurate information.

    The direct code printing was not formatting correctly , Tanisia was extremely helpful and professional and took all the necessary time to solve all issues and print directly from her work station- she was a true pleasure and went the extra mile to grant good service

    The guy who assisted me was incredibly rude, rolled his eyes at me, and would not give me any answers. He even rolled his eyes at me while staring at another customer and started giggling. He was very abrupt.

    Entire staff was busy but all sounded VERY pleasant to everyone they were working with. Tanasia helped me and another customer in perfect harmony as she was able to multitask between jobs. She has helped me several times and always impresses me with her abilities, her desire to help, and her kind and professional manner. The entire staff at the store is truly terrific!!!
