Then, the Team Member, Tee was extremely helpful and patient as I realized I had the wrong address information and need to take time to find an email with the correct mailing information.     I was treated well and with respect. This was my 1st time mailing a package from there. Prices and time arrival were explained as was type of box suggested. Team member exceeded his role, in my opinion. I think there should always be at least 2 people working if one is at lunch. When I got there, one person went to lunch. While I was being helped at least 3 other customers were on line. Meanwhile, another worker did arrive, as Gerald was completing my transaction.
