He knows what you want right off the bat just by looking at your file. You don't need to explain much. Always has the best recommendations for printing. On what paper and how. To my surprise the guy just smiled and remained completely calm. Asked us if it was okay for him to go help out the customer screaming at him and we agreed. He remained completely calmed and composed. Kept his cool. It felt like a scene from animal planet in which the hyena tries biting the lion and the lion remains absolutely calm about it. This guy must not have a single problem in his life. Anyone in his place would've responded in a rude manner. It was mind blowing to see that display of calmness.
