    Customer walked and from the moment she walked in she seemed peeved and started screaming at the guy working on the counter. To my surprise the guy just smiled and remained completely calm. Asked us if it was okay for him to go help out the customer screaming at him and we agreed. He remained completely calmed and composed. Kept his cool. It felt like a scene from animal planet in which the hyena tries biting the lion and the lion remains absolutely calm about it. This guy must not have a single problem in his life. Anyone in his place would've responded in a rude manner. It was mind blowing to see that display of calmness.

    The self service station was down, and thankfully an employee was able to assist in printing a few items for me. However, some documents would not go through and I had to log on to the on-site computer. After about 5 minutes, the system said it could not print my document and ended up making me log out and restart, but it still charged me for the previous session that resulted in no print job. There was no refund option, and I had to log on again in which I got charged once again alongside the print job.
