However, some documents would not go through and I had to log on to the on-site computer. After about 5 minutes, the system said it could not print my document and ended up making me log out and restart, but it still charged me for the previous session that resulted in no print job. There was no refund option, and I had to log on again in which I got charged once again alongside the print job.
