They refused to let me put a note in my package, insisting it should go in the front plastic label, and when I said I was worried because labels often get thrown away, they were dismissive and hostile: "We do this all day, we know how to do our job, you're all set now, have a good day." And then turned their back. I am worried my package will not be received properly, and I didn't feel good about their rudeness. It wasn't a difficult request and I was (am) sincerely worried about their approach.

I did ask for her supervisor, nobody showed up, she did not give me her name and even called me crazy. I have never seen something like this before. She said that I should go somewhere and check my attitude. I checked the reviews of that office in google maps, there were many similar complaints. All refer to the same description of the same employee.
