The person working from the moment we stepped in was rude and not helpful. He barely acknowledged our presence the entire time. We had questions and he started helping other people that came in after us. And I tried to get his attention so many times and he blatantly would not make eye contact or respond. I had to go up to him after waiting 30 minutes and say “excuse me can you please help us” which is so disrespectful. As we were already working with him. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. He also had AirPods in the entire time which is rude.
