    I just want to say that Rolan specifically was so so helpful. I was in a bind and he just went above and beyond. It is people like this at your organization that will keep FedEx at the top of people’s mind. It was a somewhat complicated order and he was awesome in getting it done and making me feel like it was no big deal. THANK YOU ROLAN! I hope you get a raise and a promotion.

    A team member is either mis-informed or lying about the Ship and Go kiosk (device ID: TSSKC-ROSA773). He claims that scanning packages via the Ship and Go kiosk officially scans them into the FedEx system, which is not the case.

    The color printer barely printed. The color was muted and faded away. I had to go to Staples to print properly. I want my money back. Threw out most of the copies in the store

    Horrible experience. I’ve always had great experiences here but today was horrific. I will not be returning. The person working from the moment we stepped in was rude and not helpful. He barely acknowledged our presence the entire time. We had questions and he started helping other people that came in after us. And I tried to get his attention so many times and he blatantly would not make eye contact or respond. I had to go up to him after waiting 30 minutes and say “excuse me can you please help us” which is so disrespectful. As we were already working with him. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. He also had AirPods in the entire time which is rude.

    The guy who served wasn’t willing to do so until another employee. He was rude to me. He asked me if I want a receipt, which was given with attitude and told me sarcastically “have a nice day”. When asked him to put the label a certain way he answered back
