    This is the second of several times that I have come into this location and been treated with white glove service. I was in a major hurry today, and Rick, noticed that and jumped in and expedited the printing process for me, because there was a line at the printer, so he did it for me. It was wonderful!

    The associate that helped me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the shipping services they offered. He helped me figure out the best way to pack a sentimental vase (I brought the boxes) and then did all the logistical work with wrapping it up and sealing the boxes. He was super attentive to detail and made the shipping experience a breeze. He had a smile on his face the whole time and was extremely pleasant to talk to while I waited. I was extremely grateful for his help.

    Josh and Nicole showed the utmost professionalism,helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to assist. If the world could follow the lead these two exemplary employees showed, the world would be a much better place. It’s rare today to find people willing to go so above and beyond, it was truly refreshing. These two who work downtown Manhattan in the financial district I’m sure come upon some tough customers, they handle it with grace, finesse and the most positive attitude I have encountered in quite some time. They should receive some well deserved recognition from corporate.

    Josh was so helpful in printing some documents for my daughter and myself. We both were on laptops with security that prevented us from emailing the files. Josh suggested we purchase a USB drive and transferred the files so he could print it. We were done in minutes, it was great.
