    My experience at this location was excellent. Raina was outstanding, and the rest of the team was just as strong. From my initial call through the follow up in the store, everyone was attentive, patient, and focused on getting the project right. I needed several adjustments and they handled each one quickly and with care. I visit FedEx locations often and this was the best service I have received. I felt supported throughout the process and the team treated the work as if it mattered to them as much as it did to me. I appreciate the level of professionalism and service.

    When I entered the store the young lady asked me to give her a minute, after about 8 minutes she asked, how can I help you.... That's ok but she could have been pleasant... She said Monday, my package got there 3 days early.... I'm pleased. Thanks 👍

    It would be easier to evaluate this if the envelope which cost 10. To Mail and was supposed to arrive on Fri and has yet to arrive ! Supposed to be 2 day service!

    I waited a long time to have someone help me. Once they did they ended up charging me two times for the one contraction. I attempted to call the store to get things straightened out but was unable to get through the automation in order to speak to someone who could help me. I ended up having to dispute the 2nd charge through my bank. Not to mention your staff member acted like he was doing me a favor instead of cheerfully doing his job.
