Unfortunately, they were printed at width was 24 inches. I contacted FedEx the next day regarding the error and they reprinted them with the corrected width. The original PDF was 24W x 20.1 long. I knew the width was too wide and that is why I repeated the width (for my framing) had to be 20 in. I think seeing the length at 20.1 is what threw Sindhu off. In summary, FedEx fixed the error.

I had an album shipped internationally for my grandparents, and she immediately took a very good care of my request. First, she typed the difficult international address without an error. Precision matters in this business, and this was already excellent. Afterwards, I asked for the fillers to be wrapped properly, and she immediately and skillfully implemented the fillers in the package and made sure my item was insualted deep to not get damages. I was once a logistics air force office, and we need someone like Shy who is diligent and hard working in the logistics business to ensure all are delivered well.
