    I wanted to overnight my package and was a Saturday and the women said np but she didn't tell me there wasn't no Sunday delivery and charged me for it which I did wanted overnight and choose like 42 for one of the options which to me was not overnight cause wasn't told and also I told her I wanted for the other person to sign for it and when I went home saw the receipt said no signature so I called the place when I got home and was told me differently and the package had already left so she definitely mislead me I understand there no delivery on Sunday but she never stated this at the FedEx office so kinda just took the package without telling me all this I asked for one thing she did the opposite I had a valuable in FedEx envelope and I wanted the person to sign for it I think she was not be forth worthy of this purchase lil disappointed with this encounter ty

    This is the only location in Staten Island that we visited and must say that each and every employee we were in contact with was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They were all so helpful that we have decided that going forward, whenever we ship, it will only be with FedEx.

    Nothing against the team member at the location—they were helpful and professional. My issue is with FedEx’s service. I paid over $70 for Priority Overnight Shipping on a 0.5 lb package, yet the delivery was over two days late. Shipped on 10/04 at 11 AM, but the receiver did not get it until 10/07. That completely defeated the purpose of paying for Priority Overnight, caused me to miss a critical deadline, and left me extremely disappointed. If FedEx cannot honor the service level promised, customers should not be charged for it. At minimum, I should receive a refund for the shipping cost. Very disappointing experience and a loss of trust in your service. ADDITIONALLY, on a completely different occasion, I was charged around $70 upfront to ship a package. Two weeks later, I received a letter in the mail requesting an additional $14. That’s unacceptable. If the quoted price isn’t accurate at the time of transaction, why am I being billed after the fact? Customers should not be hit with surprise charges weeks later. It feels misleading and only adds to the frustration of using FedEx.
