Awesome customer service. Everything done right and in time.

Had a label on my package, the female employee walked me over to scan the package and I didn’t have to wait on that line!

This store service was spectacular employees polite and knowledgeable and service was completed in the time I requested

Came in to print about 1000 pages for work. was super stressed out. Ronnie was able to help me the very same day and was an absolute top staff member. so eternally grateful for his kindness, professionalism and positive attitude.

I was a bit overwhelmed with the printing job that I had to do including printing on labels. From the minute I walked in, the beautiful angel kept me calm, assured me she’d help me every step of the way and she did. She needed to call the manager over, but did so quietly, professionally and kindly assured me several times that he was on his way. When he came over & explained things, she listened carefully & then helped me process the whole printing job. I know she had other responsibilities, but she took her time and was patient with me. In the end a hug was definitely necessary. I’m usually not so anxious about these things, but I was in unfamiliar territory with an important project on a very tight deadline. I am so thankful that she was the person I was able to speak to first.

The computer wouldn’t let me log in to my accounts. I’m guessing there may be viruses on the computer. So it was a waste of time.

Allison is exceptional and very friendly needed something printed for my graduation and it was just perfect far exceeded my expectations and Alison kept in touch with me and also called when it was ready for pickup

Ronnie was extremely condescending during my experience unfortunately. I was waiting quite awhile on line while a guest was being assisted by a different team member. While I was waiting there was someone else on line in front of me, and this person walked around the store - I made a note that this person was ahead of me. Ronnie during this whole time seemed to be busy doing something else on the computer, no eye contact whatsoever. At this point I waited about 10-15 minutes with no check in by a team member (Ronnie seemed too busy and the only other FedEx employee in the store was assisting someone. When Ronnie called for the next person, I was on my phone but I looked for the person who was ahead of me. This person appeared to have left the store. Between Ronnie calling for the next person and me walking up was a total of 4 seconds. Ronnie asked me for ID, I told him I never had to give ID before in my years of using FedEx (I had an account, it seems Ronnie assumed I did not). Either way I left my ID in my car, and I explained I didn't have it and my partner was coming inside to bring it. Ronnie explained this has been policy for years, almost in a way that I was supposed to know. As my partner was entering the store Ronnie asked for the next guest. I told him "Hey one second I have been waiting here for awhile, my ID is coming inside now". He told me "well you were on your phone while waiting so that added to my wait". I didn't want to cause a scene infront of my partner or guests (at this point there was now a line out the door), so I decided to wait until I was able to give my feedback properly on this survey.

Allison was very nice and helpful and I have been back but I do not remember the name of the man that helped me.

machine gave trouble and would not reduce. they were able to print and reduce the return label. they were professional,polite and friendly. great to have people that make my task easier.
