- Wednesday, August 13, 20252 out of 5Rating 2.0I came in to the store on a Saturday at 2 PM with the need to overnight a package and was informed that I had missed the pick up for that day, but I still had to pay the overnight fee and that the package would be delivered on Tuesday the following week. It is incredibly frustrating to be charged the same amount as others who are actually getting that service and when I brought this to the attention of the representative, he was very defensive and snotty to me and kept saying I’m sorry you don’t understand. And I said I do understand I just don’t agree with this. Might I suggest you schedule a later time on Saturday as week as charge a lower fee as your customers are not in fact getting overnight delivery.

I feel that every time I go there all the employees are professional and have an unusually low error rate,eg.filling in verbally provided shipper and recipient info, I know I couldn't be so perfect.
