    I felt that the person taking the order should have given me a quote before going ahead with the printing. $220 for a spiral bound booklet was exorbitant!! I would have gone with B&W instead of color, and perhaps a lesser priced paper. I have used FedEx for years, but this may be the end of my relationship with the company.

    The young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and willing to help. It was alot for her. Fragile one of a kind pieces from an estate being sent to a family member that need special packaging. She was a really patient and hard working girl. I really appreciated her willingness to help get this done for me. Please extend a thank you to her as I wish I had gotten her name.

    I visited the store on Sunday afternoon 8/17. I walked in and I wasn’t sure where to start. I needed to package the items. The employee behind the counter said “PICK A BOX.”. Not hello , or , how can I help you. Nothing. I picked a box packed my things and gave it to him. He said $28. I said why so much? It doesn’t need to be overnight. He said nope there is nothing cheaper. He also directed me to the other side of the register like I was a child. I paid more for shipping than I did for the items in the box. The assistant manager said it was because I chose the express box. I had no idea there were different kinds. If the rude employee would have truly helped he could have told us that there are different boxes for different shipment methods. I wish I could remember his name his tag said “serving you since 2025”. I won’t be back to fed ex. The post office is more helpful, and more cost effective and that man shouldn’t be customer facing.

    I paid too much for sheet of paper. I know it was oversized (16x20 in.) but $20?!! For one piece of paper?! Crazy!

    We had a small glitch with our overnight one service. The receipt had the delivery date for “two days” and we paid for “overnight one”. We returned to the location and the problem was resolved quickly and the package was delivered on time as promised.

    2 separate visits. Needed down load, scan,print, then return following day to overnight doc. 3 different people helped me. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.Excellent service.

    I went into print programs for an event I was hosting, and the guy who helped me CLEARLY didn’t know what he was doing. It took 35 minutes for him just to size it on card stock paper. Then, when I received the finished product, it wasn’t even center and the program was cut off on top! The event was too close, so had to just deal with the disappointing final product.
