The first disappointment was being told that the store no longer had the drill to punch the three holes in the copies. Regardless, I had the store do the copies, but to my surprise, today, when I was looking through the files, they copied EVERY file as if it had been a double sided to single sided, resulting in 90% of the files having a blank sheet after every copy. Therefore, also being charged twice what the job should’ve cost. I questioned the amount when I picked it up, but I didn’t realize what it was until today. I am VERY unhappy and will be going back to the store tomorrow to discuss this. Because not only was I charged twice what I should’ve been now I have to separate every single blank sheet of paper from my copies. You were charging me for 50% blank sheets of paper!
