Once started the printing process I expressed that I really need to use the restroom. Was told I have to go to the gas station. Went next door to witness a man assaulting a female in the parking lot! I understand the restroom is not open to the public, but considering I was spending $70.00 they could have made an exception. This is not a great area, and I am of white race, so going to the gas station was very unsafe for me. Will never be back! I had my husband pick them up. Both employees did not seem to care!

I called to add 25 to get the 75 I needed. I go to pick up order and it was an additional 57.xx for only 25 programs. Why would less cost more than I paid for 50 programs. It makes no sense and isn't good business.

I was called a few hours later for pickup, when I arrived, I was told it would be cheaper if I came back the next day. This wasn't communicated over the phone & I don't know why. So I paid extra because my order was ready early, which I had no control over. As a small business owner, hidden costs like that are extremely unfortunate.
