    My overnight package cost a lot of money. They did not let me know that the service was suspended the day I sent the packages. Plus it took two days to get there. They actually lied to me. $112.30 as a lot of money to send overnight and not reach the person on time. The service false advertisement. On top of all of this, I was denied to file a claim from December 2 to January 14. What kind of service is that?

    Tasha and all of the guys there take good care of us every month with our specific order, and other times in between with various orders. If I’m not clear in my instructions/requests, they ask the perfect questions to clarify. Every time our order is spot on, which matters as our businesses and our non-profit run on thin margins so every dollar counts. They’re just great.

    Horrible experience! Lady with a very long pony tail told me that it should take two hours and she would text me when my order was ready for pickup and told me the cost was $6.50. Then after 4 hours, I called to find out it was ready and the person on the phone said they never call or text when orders are ready. Then when I pick it up, I’m told that the cost is $24. A very rude person said that the cost is $6.50 per foot. So deceptive. Will never use that blue ash location again.

    I paid over $50 for next day delivery on Monday 12/30 for a package that was supposed to arrive on Tuesday 12/31. The package was not delivered until Thursday 1/2. I demand a refund for this shipment.
