Was sure they had our tax id for non exempt, but when a deacon was sent to pick up after I dropped off, he was asjed to fill out or give another tax exempt. However non ekectronic signature and I the admin. needed to go back in a coupke days later to sign.

When I came in it took the person helping me forever to just run an example copy. Then told me if I wanted to, I could email the original if I wanted to, but they would run it with the copy that I dropped off. I came back, the man at the counter walked slowly to the counter and my job was not done 2 days later.

When I looked over the receipt to provide the new team member with the tracking information, I realized the package was destined for the incorrect city and state. I called this FedEx as soon as I realized and Julia went above and beyond to assist me. The truck was being loaded as I called and instead of having me call customer service and run into potential shipping delays, she was able to find the package and get the address corrected for me. I truly appreciate the level of customer service that was provided to me today and if I could have hugged Julia over the phone to thank her, I absolutely would have!
