It wouldn’t allow the button for two sided printing to click so I called and Alyssa was very nice and walked me through it and it still wouldn’t work so she said please email to us with instructions and we will print it within 24 hours. I called the next day and Dakota said it wasn’t done because they had a problem with their cutter. I came in later and the invitation was finished but the price was double the online price. I questioned Randy and he said that’s because I needed help. I explained what happened and he said they had to help so it was an upcharge. I realized there were no envelopes and Randy said doesn’t come with it when you order for the store and they didn’t have envelopes to even offer. I was so disappointed. I asked for a refund and Michelle said they can throw in the envelopes after I asked for refund but I just returned because the price was so much more than it should’ve been. Randy was incredibly short and unhelpful. And didn’t offer any support.
