    They let the package sit for 2 days. I paid for 2 day shipping, but it was delivered in 4. (Expensive). When I tried to call FedEx for at least a partial refund , the rep wasn’t literate. English and told me BS. I’m didn’t have time that day to contest no refund, but so will.

    Associate was friendly and helpful at the store however my package was not delivered on time. Associate failed to disclose that my package may not arrive on time. The delay in the package being delivered caused multiple inconveniences to myself and associates.

    Store manager Michell and her team at the Whipple location store #5957 are an absolute pleasure to work with! I love working with them to complete whatever project I've been assigned for my business. Renee Starkey is a great partner and always there when I need help with a design. I can't say enough about what a FANTASTIC partnership I have with those ladies and their entire team:)

    I tried to place an online invitation order. It wouldn’t allow the button for two sided printing to click so I called and Alyssa was very nice and walked me through it and it still wouldn’t work so she said please email to us with instructions and we will print it within 24 hours. I called the next day and Dakota said it wasn’t done because they had a problem with their cutter. I came in later and the invitation was finished but the price was double the online price. I questioned Randy and he said that’s because I needed help. I explained what happened and he said they had to help so it was an upcharge. I realized there were no envelopes and Randy said doesn’t come with it when you order for the store and they didn’t have envelopes to even offer. I was so disappointed. I asked for a refund and Michelle said they can throw in the envelopes after I asked for refund but I just returned because the price was so much more than it should’ve been. Randy was incredibly short and unhelpful. And didn’t offer any support.
